The interview
I had an interview today at CHANGE . I thought you guys would be interested in what I wear to an interview and how to get ready for one.
What to wear:
I usually go for something formal/casual. Even though my interviewer said that it wasnt a formal affair I still wanted to make an impression. Most of my interviews have been at fashion shops (New Look, Bank, River Island, and even L.K Bennett). They like to see what you can do with clothes! Don't go to extreme just subtle, you don't want to go in wearing a tutu and Dr. Martins.

Maybe combine clothes from different shops and add your own accessories. Here was my outfit!
Shirt- Primark £6.50
Necklace- H&M £3.00 (Bought in the sale last year)
Jeans- New Look - £20.00
Shoes- BANK Blonde and Blonde £11.00 (closing down sale)
For my make- up I just left it looking natural.
Foundation: Rimmel lasting finish.Colour: 100 Ivory
Powder: Rimmel matte finish Colour: Transparent
Blush: Revolution Colour: Sugar
Mascara: Lancome Hypnose waterproof mascara colour: Black
Eye shadow: Revolution matte pallet
Eyebrow Pencil: Rimmel professional eyebrow pencil. Colour: Hazel
Eye-liner: Collection. Colour: black
How to get ready.
I always look at the company. You can usually find this on their website like so under about us. Look at what they do and what they stand for. The interviewer will be very impressed it if you know a lot about the company. You can even Google them get as much information as possible. You can even find forums that will tell you what its like to have an interview at a company. There were loads on New Look! Make sure you give yourself time to get ready with out rushing. make sure you eat before there's nothing worse than having a growling belly during an interview! If you want my experiences with my interviews from: New Look, BANK, River Island, and L.K.Bennett just comment below!
Happy Interviewing!

Easter treat week: Day 6
A rainy day in Chester and Superdrug bargains!
Chester is a beautiful city! Even in the rain and wind! I was going to take more but it started pouring so I cut the trip short.
Road leading to superdrug |
City hall |
And then I ran into Superdrug.
The bargains
£2.47 it was half price. I couldn't resist! I have used this and I love it! My hair has never been so smooth. I don't wash my hair every day only every other so I plan on using this every second wash, if that makes sense.
MUA |
£1 each! The colours are beautiful I'm wearing the grey one now! Perfect for the handbag! However, they are small and the light pink needs a couple of coats.
Go grab them while you can!!
