Easter treat week: Day 4

Creme Egg brownies!

What you will need!

6 creme eggs (cut in half), 185g unsalted butter, 185g tesco dark chocolate, 85g plain flower, 40g cooca podwer, 3 large eggs, 275g caster sugar

Melt the butter and dark chocolate together until soup like
 I do this over a saucepan of boiling water like so.


 Wisk the eggs and the caster sugar in a bowl.

Till twice its size.

 Pour the chocolate soup mixture in and fold in

 Sive the flour and cooca mixture in and fold in again.

 Pour in our baking tray and cook for 15 min at 200.

 Then add the halved creme eggs and bake for another 5-10 minutes

 I left mine in for to long as I was busy these are ones I have made before!

Enjoy with some ice-cream or whatever you like
